Mary Anne has watched the studio grow substantially since it’s inception in 1997 and it has a great reputation for providing quality dance education, which is exemplified by awards and exam results. The studio has over 20 of the most talented instructors in the Edmonton area, each one teaching their specific discipline. She continues to attend workshops herself, travelling to New York and Vegas, as she believes you are never too old to learn. Mary Anne has watched many past students go on to have professional careers on cruise ships, in film, in television, on stage and as instructors. She looks forward to dancefusion’s future successes and wants us all to remember…..Dance is for everyone!

Allie started dancing at the age of 5, and has been at Dancefusion ever since. She has trained in many styles, including ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, modern, pointe, musical theatre, acro and aerial. Allie has taken part in many opportunities with Dancefusion, including performances at Disneyland, in half-time shows, and with local musician Terrell Edwards. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Grant MacEwan University. After training with the studio for so many years, she is excited to be teaching at Dancefusion, and is looking forward to continuing to share her love of dance with young dancers!”

Anne Marie began dancing soon after she learned to walk. She trained in ballet, tap, and jazz in a variety of major cities across North America and continues to keep up with what is current by participating in workshops and seminars.
Anne Marie performed and choreographed with dance companies LANorth, DanceFX, Kompany, and the Calgary 88's dance team. She also toured across Canada with the Las Vegas produced variety show “Magin 'n' More” and has appeared in several musicals, industrials, and music videos. Anne Marie has been professionally involved in the dance industry for over 20 years as a studio owner, teacher, performer, choreographer, and adjudicator. Through teaching she enjoys being able to share her passion for dance with the students in her class and her focus is on fun. Miss McCready received her early training at the Alberta Ballet School and the Edmonton School of Ballet. She performed with Citie Ballet in its inaugural season and became the Company Ballet Mistress in 2001. Through Cecchetti Dance Theatre she completed her teacher training in 2005 and was awarded her Licentiate from the Cecchetti Society of Canada in 2013.

Cally Kuebler is currently an instructor, choreographer, examiner and adjudicator in Edmonton.
Cally began dancing at the age of 6 in Sherwood Park. She continued her training as a student at the Edmonton School of Ballet, subsequently joined the Edmonton Festival Ballet as a soloist at the age of 14. She performed with the Edmonton Festival Ballet for one year prior to attending the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School’s professional division.
For the next 2 years, Cally performed in such ballets as La Bayadere, Les Sylphides, and Don Quixote as well as participating in First Steps productions, both as a performer and choreographer. She later graduated from the Edmonton School of Ballet, receiving Honors and the Edmonton School of Ballet’s senior award. Her ballet training led her to perform with Ballet British Columbia. Throughout her career, she has developed her artistry by training in Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, Tap, Musial theatre, Contemporary, Street Jazz, Improvisation, and Pilates. Cally later became and instructor with Dancefusion Academy of dance for 6 years, Teaching Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Modern and Contemporary. She later become a faculty member at Star Baton and Dance Company and Dance explosions in Calgary for 4. She completed her Associate Diploma in 2007 and is currently working on her Licentiate credentials. Her extensive experience in performing, dance education and choreography have given her a wealth of knowledge to share. Ms. Cally’s students have gone on to incredibly successful careers as performers on cruise ships, company’s, resorts, teachers, and choreographers.

Danielle has been coaching a variety of cheer and dance teams, programs and classes/camps and clinics for the past 20 yrs. She has worked with preschool ages and up to and including adult. She has been working with pro dances teams and entertainment teams throughout her career and has received many top and overall placings. Danielle has instructed Pom, cheer, jazz, Hiphop, burlesque, stretch, gymnastics and lyrical. Her fitness background plays a large role in her dance training and being a national title holder, she understands what commitment and success is all about.

Miss Emily has been inspired to dance in numerous ways throughout her life. Her early days in the Intensive Training Program at the Royal Winnipeg Ballet gave her strong foundations in ballet, jazz, lyrical, and modern and led her to pursue a degree in dance at Brigham Young University where she focused on contemporary dance. Since her graduation in 2017, she has been teaching at the Royal Winnipeg Ballet. In June she made the move to Edmonton and is excited to see where this new adventure will take her!

Erin is no stranger to the local dance scene or Dancefusion. She was a student when the doors first opened over 20 years ago. Growing up in Sherwood Park, Erin started dancing at the young age of 3 with her first little tap class. It was clear that she had a true passion for the sport and went on to train in ballet, jazz, tap lyrical, musical theater, modern and more. As an adult, Erin has continued her love of dance. Taking classes, dancing with two performance troupes and as a member of a Professional Sports Dance Team to name a few. In addition to dancing herself, she has taught at numerous studios and fitness centers and has continued her education and now has many certifications including Acrobatic Arts, Rhythm Works, Zumbini and Aerial. Erin also is a certified 200hr and Buti yoga instructor and brings that knowledge into her classes.
Erin has always loved working with young children and has worked in childcare for years before getting her diploma in Personal Fitness Training at N.A.I.T. She now is working on her Diploma in Early Child Care Education while teaching at a local preschool.

Originally from Sherwood Park, Canada, Jeff Gatti has recently returned home after 14 years performing and teaching around the world, the last 11 of which he was based out of New York City. He trained extensively in tap, jazz, lyrical and ballet and has taught, choreographed, adjudicated and performed across North America and Europe. His performance credits include featured roles with Princess Cruise Lines and Celebrity Cruises, commercials, industrials, films in addition to musical theatre and concert dance. Jeff was a cast member of “A Few Good Men Dancin’” at the New Victory Theatre in New York and went on to workshop the show for the US National Tour, as well as being on tour with “Dancing On Common Ground.” He was also fortunate to have performed with :pushing progress: a company in their inaugural season in Dublin, Ireland as well as in New York City. He continues teaching and choreographing throughout the United States and Canada and remains a guest faculty member at studios across North America including Broadway Dance Center as well as being on faculty with several national dance conventions and competitions.

Kit has studied many forms of dance...ballet, tap, street jazz, contemporary jazz, broadway, modern, breakidance and several forms of hip hop (popping, locking & animation). Kit has competed for several years in the Phillipines, Malaysia,Hong Kong and Canada. and is pleased to be bringing his expertise to the students at Dancefusion.

Krista’s dance journey began at a young age in Coronation, Alberta where she trained in jazz, tap, modern, contemporary, lyrical, highland, and ballet.
After high school Krista moved to Edmonton, Alberta and attended the Grant MacEwan University dance program where she graduated with her diploma in dance. Krista is also a graduate of the teacher training program at Edmonton School of Ballet. She received her qualifications in the Cecchetti ballet method earning her Cecchetti Associate and Cecchetti Associate Diploma.Along with her Cecchetti credentials, Krista is a certified Ballet Progressions teacher as well as a Junior grades teacher and examiner.
Krista loves to teach all age levels and to see their progress year to year.

Originally from Edmonton, Laurie’s career in dance has taken her around the world as a performer, adjudicator, award-winning choreographer, convention teacher, and instructor.
She holds her Advanced II certificate with the Royal Academy of Dancing and performed professionally with Ballet North. Performances with Ballet North included a tour of Mainland China as a Principal dancer. Laurie also worked at length as a lead singer and dancer in Japan at Tokyo Disneyland, playing such fun-loving characters as Belle, Cinderella, and Sleeping Beauty. She has also enjoyed working in the Cruise-ship industry.
Industrial and Television credits include Calvin Klein, Lancome, Tommy Hilfiger, the grand opening of Casino Niagara, and Club Firestone. She has also performed in the Tokyo “AKOM” commercial, Berenstein Bears Christmas Show with Paramount Pictures, Legends Alive, Chiropractic Association of Alberta, Cool FM radio, and appeared as a guest singer on the TV show Day By Day. Most recently Laurie worked with Joe Media as a dancer and choreographer on their "Born to Move" series for the Physiotherapy college of Calgary's 30th anniversary. Laurie has also had the pleasure of doing voice over work in Japan, taught dance to figure skaters at the Royal Glenora Club in Edmonton, and has worked with dancers from Beijing’s Capital Normal University and taught at the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School for six years. She was the co-choreographer of escape artist Dean Gunnarson’s live televised Halloween Special. A great honor was being invited to audition for Cirque du Soleil and be added to their bank of potential performers.

Lindsay has been involved in the dance industry for nearly thirty years as a student, performer, instructor, choreographer, mock examiner, adjudicator and professional. Trained in Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Voice, Musical Theatre, Ukrainian and Ballet, she is a versatile and sought after instructor, choreographer and adjudicator.
Professionally, dance has afforded her opportunities to hone and share her craft in studios and workshops around Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan; and across the border in New York, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. Always looking for opportunities to further her training, she most recently studied in New York in the Spring of 2015. Lindsay has had the privilege of choreographing for various local productions, festivals, galas and sporting events, in addition to adjudicating across Alberta and Saskatchewan annually. Many of her students have gone on to establish professional careers in dance in Canada, the U.S., Asia, the U.K. and Australia. Lindsay is a recognized instructor and proponent of the Al Gilbert Tap System, having completed her training and exams, and successfully enters students in grades Primary thru Nine annually.
Ultimately Lindsay's passion is instilling in her students not only a love for movement across multiple genres, but an appreciation of the storytelling and transformational capabilities inherent in dance. She looks forward to connecting with dancers of all ages though inspiring and high-energy classes, sparking a confidence and determination in her students that transcends dance and carries them through life after they leave the studio.

Richard Andries is Edmonton's most sought after Hip Hop teacher and choreographer. Chris Brown, Ludacris,Boyz II Men, Ashanti, 112, Ginuwine and Shawn Desman are just a few of the international acts that Richard has opened for while performing with his dance group White Chocolate. The group was recently awarded with Top Professional Dance Crew at Canada’s first national hip hop competition Artists Emerge. This was where Richard was presented with the Most Outstanding Dancer title as well as the Icon Award. White Chocolate has also performed at Alberta’s Centennial Celebration for the Queen of England, the 2004 Juno kickoff party and the Universal Records Juno After Party. Richard has toured with hip hop legend Snoop Dogg, as well as rap artist The Game.
Richard has also accompanied Canadian stars Kayle and Gary Beals as a background dancer. With his dynamic style and energetic choreography Richard maintains the true techniques of hip hop including Popping, Locking, Breaking, Tutting and more. This year Richard traveled to Detroit with the Extreme Dance Convention Faculty. There he assisted Bradley Rapier of the "Groovaloos", and was along side of some of Americas finest choreographers including Liz Ramos, Brian Friedman and many more. Richard is currently teaching throughout Alberta and preparing for a dance tour across China with Spice Productions. He continues to train, perform and teach with North America's finest.

Tianna Stephen RAD RTS, ISTD Nat., TTP Dip. (NBS), Acrobatic Arts Certified, Alixa Flexibility Tianna Stephen started dance at the age of 3 and has studied ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, modern, musical theater and contemporary. She has completed her Advanced II Royal Academy of Dancing ballet exam as well as her Grade 8. Tianna has also achieved her certificate in Cecchetti Intermediate & Advanced I as well as her ISTD National (Folk) Advanced 1. She attended the world dance competition Dance Excellence in Los Angeles in 2011 and 2014 where her competitive dance team won top awards in ballet, contemporary and jazz. Tianna has been teaching in Aberdeen, Scotland for the last 2 year, and Toronto, Canada for the 3 previous years where she had been teaching ballet students from the ages of 2 to adult. Tianna graduated from the Teacher Training Program at Canada’s National Ballet School where she won the coveted Carole Chadwick award and scholarship for demonstrating significant potential over her teacher training in June of 2018. During her time at the National, she graduated with her Royal Academy of Dance, Registered Teacher Status as well as her Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing in National (Folk) dance. Soon after she recieved her teaching certificate in the Acrobatic Arts syllabus. Tianna understands the importance of proper dance training and has always sought out the best instructors. Tianna is very excited to be teaching with DanceFusion Academy of Dance and is looking forward to meeting all the students.
